A good website costs €2,000.

That's not wrong — simple templates run €500–€2,000. Our Start package (€990) sits right in that range, but: custom design instead of template, GDPR setup included, source code is yours, no vendor lock-in.

Day rates are more honest than fixed prices.

Day rates shift the risk onto you. Fixed price means we carry the scope error, not you. That is why we spend more time on the quote.

Myth 03
Hosting is always part of the offer.

No. We host in your name, in an Austrian data centre, on your contract. You can switch at any time — without us taking “our” setup away.

Myth 04
WordPress is cheaper because it is open source.

Plugins, updates and security patches cost time, and you pay for that time. Over a 3-year TCO, a custom CMS is usually cheaper — and nobody is reading your credentials in public forums.

Agencies do not let clients leave.

How does payment work in practice?

Three instalments: 33% at project start (after signing), 33% after the user acceptance test is completed (your approval), 34% on launch day. Payment term is 14 days net each time, by SEPA or bank transfer. No upfront full payment, no final invoice three months later.

What happens if the project grows beyond plan?

We absorb up to +15% extra effort ourselves. Beyond that, you get a transparent change quote that you have to approve in writing before we continue. No quiet surprises on the final invoice.

Can I cancel the maintenance contract at any time?

Yes. All three maintenance packages can be cancelled monthly at the end of the month. No minimum term, no hidden lock-in clause. On cancellation you receive a full handover report with every credential and document.

What about IP and source code?

Once the final invoice is paid, the source code transfers fully into your ownership (buyout clause in the contract). You receive the Git repository, all design files and the infrastructure definition. No vendor lock-in.

Can you take over existing software as well?

Yes, we're happy to discuss. Get in touch and we'll assess the situation together in a free initial consultation.

How exactly does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

Within 30 calendar days after launch, you can request a written reversal. We transfer all paid instalments back within 14 banking working days. You keep the source code. Condition: no already completed live transactions, because those cannot be cleanly unwound under GDPR rules.

Which contracts do I end up signing?

Two documents: (1) project contract with scope, milestones and price, (2) optional maintenance agreement. You receive all documents as PDF drafts before accepting the quote. No small-print traps.

What if I am between Start and Pro?

Then call us. Within 30 minutes we usually know which package fits — or whether Start plus two add-ons makes more sense. We also say a clear “no, you do not need that” when that is the honest answer. That is part of the quote, not a consulting invoice.
